**JOB SUMMARY**:
This role is a full-time position based in the Arctic Beverages head office located in Winnipeg. Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, the Sales Representative contributes to the overall success of the company by obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting sales/customer requirements, providing information, presenting/selling promotional items, and providing coverage for other sales representatives when on vacation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, obtaining orders, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Achieve period/monthly targets.
- Some travel and overnights may be required of this position to cover other sales team members vacation as well as visiting customers in our sales area.

**Knowledge, Experience, Skill & Abilities**
- Proven sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate considered an asset.
- Some driving experience an asset.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
