Office Clerk

**Access Languages Services (ALS) Bedford is seeking an Office Clerk**

ALS is an interpretation and translation agency that provides high quality translation and interpretation services to local and provincial government agencies, entities, and companies. We use state-of-the-art translator and interpreter management and dispatch system at our offices. We are currently seeking a **Full-Time** **office clerk/Dispatch** support person.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience
- Make appointments for customers, update and generate reports on users, customers, and locations as needed using a user-friendly online booking system (Training provided)
- Familiar with Zoom platform including making appointments, and acting as a Zoom host
- Manage interpreter assignments
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets used for quality control
- Comply with confidentiality policies and code of ethics
- Perform other office related tasks as requested including replying to office cellphone.
- Assist is keeping a tidy and organized workplace

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a post-secondary program or related experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Interpersonal skills for communicating with clients in a multicultural environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong multi-tasking skills and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Zoom platform
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
- Training available
- On a bus route, stops close to the workplace
