**Project Manager
**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our Client Service Team. The Project Manager is responsible for financial accuracy, internal communication, media administration, and project management. They have strong attention to detail and have great time management and organization skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES**
- Responsible for ensuring media operations has access to appropriate platforms (i.e., social, GA ads, GA, etc.).
- Review budget control reports, accent reports, and client statements with great attention to detail for allocation, billing errors, and discrepancies.
- Manage client team projects: deadline control and blocking charts.
- Lead financial administration duties for the client teams and work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy (account set up, media and fee billings, account and campaign set up).
- Manage LiquidPlanner (project management tool) inputting process.
- Monitor campaign and account performance with internal team or external partners to ensure client objectives are being met.
- Enter fee billing in Aura and ensure timely client approval.
- Responsible for setting up and coordinating proper use of contract related documents such as POs, Fee Estimates and Media Authorizations. Review PowerBI dashboards for performance and collaborate on any new client dashboards when required.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Certifications specific to traditional and/or digital media (i.e., Meta Blueprint).
- Previous project management experience.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft 356 (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MediaOcean or similar products considered an asset.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
