Meat purveyor looking for Account Executives for the Guelph / Waterloo and surrounding areas.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Defines, identifies and develops targeted sales contacts for product sales throughout our service areas
- Secures new clients, calls on, and presents World Meats Inc. products to new clients
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Develop and implement sales plans for identifying, targeting and securing new distribution channels.
- Establish relationships with decision makers and centers of influence within each customer.
- Deliver reports to management related to customer needs and issues, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Articulate the company’s vision and value proposition at all times
- Collection Calls when required.

**Qualifications**

:

- Proven track record in competitive selling and sales management, including at least 7 years experience.
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-starter, high energy, plans, directs, and monitors operational/tactical activities
- Experience in the Food Industry is a necessity - Experience selling proteins is an asset
- Accountability for customer growth
- Focused, actively engages with customers to build relationships that help drive results & works to exceed customer expectations.
- Self-starter, high energy, plans, directs, and monitors operational/tactical activities
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management skills together with experience negotiating complex sales.
- Has a strong client service orientation to address and resolve client issues in a way that benefits both the client and the company
- Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills
