In addition to handling inquiries and orders, the Customer Service Representative also greets customers, picks and fulfills online sample orders and ensures they feel welcomed and valued upon their visit. This role requires the ability to quickly prioritize tasks and delve into them with mínimal delay, demonstrating efficiency and dedication.

By combining excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and adherence to company standards, the CSR helps maintain the company's reputation for outstanding service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with past, existing, and prospective customers to build strong relationships. - Receive order inquiries, prepare detailed quotes, and diligently follow up on orders. - Input orders and maintain customer databases.
- Pick, fulfill, and follow up with sample orders.
- Assist in preparing customer orders for outgoing pickup.
- Handle overflow inbound leads and work Saturdays.
- Quickly prioritize tasks and dive into each one with mínimal delay.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Be part of a team that delivers outstanding service and creates a positive, memorable experience for every customer.

How We Know You’ll Be A Good Fit
- Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and familiarity with logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
