We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Representative to promote Phantom Bar products within the local vape shop community in your location. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with vape shop owners and managers and pitching the benefits of Phantom Bar's innovative vaping products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Analysis:
Conduct research to identify vape shops in the designated area.

Analyze the local vaping market to understand trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Sales Pitch:
Develop a compelling sales pitch highlighting the unique features and benefits of Phantom Bar products.

Tailor pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of each vape shop.
- Prospecting:
Build and maintain a comprehensive list of potential leads.
- Product Knowledge:
Thoroughly understand Phantom Bar's product lineup, including flavor profiles, quality, and competitive advantages.

Be prepared to answer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Presentation and Demonstration:
Arrange meetings or product demonstrations with interested vape shops.

Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value of Phantom Bar products.
- Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and agreements with vape shop owners to secure product placements and sales.

Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with vape shop clients.

Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights to the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the vaping industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of local vape shop landscape and relationships within the industry is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits to vape shops.

**Contract Terms**:
Bonus Pay and Chance of Renewal

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 1 month; Contract extentions offered depending on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
