ROLE PURPOSE
The Infrastructure Assistant will support the Infrastructure team in ensuring efficient delivery of Infrastructure services to Connective and ensure an effective professional administrative environment is created and maintained.

STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION
Exempt. This position is open to applicants of all genders.

HOURS (20 hours per week)
This position offers flexible hours based on operational needs.

REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to the Maintenance & Asset Manager or their designate.
- Participates actively in team meetings.
- Participates as a member of the Connective Infrastructure team.
- Liaises with external professionals from other agencies, contractors, service providers and/or government agencies as required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Creates and maintains an effective, accurate data warehouse for all Infrastructure documentation.
- Supports with documenting Standard Operating Procedures, reviews policies, and creates training courses for Infrastructure-related practices.
- Assists with documenting assets, tenancy agreements, tenancy disputes, and contracts from external contractors.
- Supports with searching for future property opportunities and ensures all relevant documents are saved and updated.
- Creates reports reflecting Key Performance Indicators of the team, including annual summary reports.

Other
- Participates in staff meetings.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Function independently while on shift and adhere to Policy and Procedures.
- Provides support to multiple team members within the Infrastructure team and maintains working relationships accordingly.
- Works part-time (20 hours per week)
- A combination of in-office and remote work is needed for this role.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least Grade 10 level education and/or equivalent with related

experience.
- Experience in working with all Microsoft and SharePoint software.
- Experience in managing digital data warehousing.
- Interpersonal and telephone skills in order to interact and work with

contractors, vendors, other agencies.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
- Ability to manage time efficiently, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to successfully complete a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Check
- Ability to successfully pass a reference check.
- Current Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

COMPENSATION
Annual salary will start at $19,050 up to $23,800 based on experience and qualifications. This role will also be eligible for Connective's comprehensive Benefits Package.
