_Grooming Care Coordinator _
**About us**

Our grooming facility is looking for an outgoing and friendly person to add to their team to bathe/brush, clean and offer excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience is preferred
- Must be a reliable and dependable person with an energetic personality
- Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes, lifting 20kg
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to offer positive reinforcement training
- Must be able to remain calm in challenging situations
- Ensure quality care and treatment of all while in our salon
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as work alone
- Ensure a high standard of client care
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Excellent client service while in person or on phone
- Comfortable processing client payments
- Maintain a sanitary work environment
- Bathing, drying and brushing of dogs and cats
- Assist groomers with dogs and cats
- Motivated to keep busy throughout the shift
- Keep a clean and sanitized work area at all times
- Follow and maintain checklists

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $15,000.00-$20,000.00 per year
