The Coronation Dental Specialty Group is a multi-specialty dental practice that provides services in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics and Anesthesia. We have proudly served Southwestern Ontario for 50 years with offices in Cambridge, Waterloo, Woodstock, Stratford, Goderich, Brantford and Guelph.

Our dynamic team currently has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and pleasant **Patient Care Coordinator** to work primarily in the Cambridge area. The new team member should have a positive and professional attitude and be capable of working efficiently in a busy environment that focuses on top notch patient care. They should embrace a strong work ethic, effective communications and exceptional customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Professionally and personally greet and communicate with all patients in a courteous and friendly manner.

Answer phone calls, ensuring all inquires are answered or referred to the appropriate person.

Facilitate and schedule appointments.

Accurately process patient payments, assist with insurance claims and pre-determinations.

Ensure patient records are accurate and organized.

Communicate professionally with referring dental offices.

Miscellaneous other duties to assist with the proper functioning of the practice.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of medical or dental office experience

Graduate of a medical office or dental administration program.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professionalism and a strong sense of confidentiality

A strong ability to multi task.

Excellent communication and computer skills.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Professional telephone manner.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Successful time management skills.

Travel within our office locations will be required.

Certification with BLS, HARP, WHMIS and IPAC would be an asset.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
