FRENCH JOB PROFILE:
À titre d’athlète (associé de magasin) d’un magasin Nike, vous aurez pour mission d’offrir une excellente expérience aux consommateurs en faisant montre d’expertise pour ce qui est de répondre aux besoins individuels et en offrant une solution complète grâce aux produits et aux services de Nike afin de fournir aux clients ce dont ils ont besoin pour se connecter, s’entraîner et compétitionner avec les connaissances nécessaires pour atteindre leurs objectifs.

Responsabilités
- Faire preuve d’aptitudes en matière de service à la clientèle, faire appel à des techniques de vente de base et à la connaissance des produits pour trouver l’article idéal pour chaque client et stimuler les ventes
- Établir le lien entre le client et la marque en offrant un service supérieur et en adaptant les histoires de la marque au milieu de la vente au détail
- Parfaire constamment ses connaissances de tous les services du magasin et être en mesure d’effectuer toutes les transactions de caisse et les tâches d’expédition et de réception des articles, de placer les marchandises sur la surface de vente, d’effectuer des tâches de nettoyage et d’assembler les présentoirs visuels, le cas échéant
- Agir comme ressource en matière de connaissance des produits pour les clients et les associés débutants Rechercher des occasions d’apprentissage dans le but de développer des connaissances de niveau supérieur ou spécialisées sur la vente, les produits et la culture de Nike et sur les techniques de vente et en matière de service
- Aider les chefs, les associés principaux et les gestionnaires à former les associés débutants
- Fournir une aide relative aux efforts de prévention des pertes en offrant un service proactif à la clientèle

**Qualifications**:

- Doit posséder ou être en voie d’obtenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou de formation générale (FG)
- Être en mesure d’exécuter des fonctions mathématiques de base, incluant des additions, des soustractions, des multiplications et des divisions
- Être en mesure de communiquer de façon efficace en français parlé et écrit (anglais parlé et écrit, un atout)
- Être en bonne forme physique - les exigences physiques comprennent la capacité d’effectuer des torsions, de se pencher, de s’accroupir, de tendre le bras pour attraper des objets, de monter sur une échelle et de rester debout pendant de longues périodes de temps
- Être en mesure d’accomplir plusieurs tâches dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
- Être en mesure de travailler de façon efficace avec les autres au sein d’un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe et de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
- Avoir une ou plusieurs années d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou en vente au détail, un atout
