Business Development Coordinator

Wills Transfer Limited - 146 Hwy 15, Smiths Falls, Ontario

Reports to:
Director, Business Development

Position Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Business

Development and Branch Managers through the entire sales process. This will include such things but not limited to managing web leads and social media, prospecting, onboarding new customers, CRM management, and contract management.

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop contracts, quotes, and RFI/RFP responses for potential customers.
- Maintain the CRM system: opportunities, contracts, pricing, account information and quotes.
- Key contact for Web Marketing company.
- Manage web leads, website, and social media.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations.
- Conduct research on industry activities and trends.
- Stay current on government activity as it pertains to the industry.
- Communicate and follow-up with customers on issues.
- Respond to enquiries and potential sales leads.
- Maintain and an in-depth knowledge of Wills service offerings.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

- A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Communication or Marketing.
- Experience in an administrative role for sales and/or marketing.
- Experience with a CRM System.
- Professional knowledge in Excel (complex Excel formulas, dynamic tables, etc.).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across all levels in an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to oversee multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate and work cooperatively at all levels in the organization.
- Bilingual would be an asset (English and French).

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

- Office and warehouse work environment.
- Manual dexterity to use a desktop computer.
- Business travel may be required.
