**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative, Operations** to join our growing team

**What you’ll do here**:

- Effectively and efficiently set up new claims and complete assigned tasks within service level agreements
- Effectively and efficiently Index incoming documents
- Accepts and provides feedback with openness, honesty & positivity
- Shows a willingness to adapt to change and is resilient when faced with challenges
- Effectively manage competing priorities

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Willingness to learn
- Insurance experience is considered an asset
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with computer systems
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient to overcome various situations
- Superior organizational skills, results-oriented, and agility to navigate an environment where you must think on your feet
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships
- Must be flexible to work 35 hours a week during our business hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Statutory holidays
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
