**Position: Project Coordinator**

Position Type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 6 months, with possibility for extension

**Introduction**:
Head quartered in Scarborough, Ontario Technovision Windows and Doors provide customers a budget friendly alternative with stylish and elegant windows and doors. Being committed towards the environment, our products are energy efficient.

The responsibility of the Project Coordinator will include, but not limited to:

- Visit potential project sites to acquire project information
- Supervise the installation sites to oversee the installation and report to head office.
- Contact builder to introduce the company and ask for project drawings for quotations
- Visit project sites to measure windows and doors prior to provide quotation
- Be able to read project’s plan & elevation drawings to prepare dimensional and quantitative take
- off for windows and doors
- Attend project sites during windows & doors delivery to make sure that the products are delivered in good shape and get the packing slip sign off by the owner/builder. Help the mover to unload the products and transfer them in to the building safely when necessary.
- Visit project sites to verify windows and doors measurement before proceeding to the production
- Be able to provide small repair jobs whenever required (training will be provided)
- Occasionally be able to pick up windows from factory and deliver at project site. In this case, the company when necessary will provide the transportation.
- Help in Sales / Marketing and other associated activities as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Must have own vehicle with clean driving record
- Must be willing to travel to project sites
- Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering and/or construction project management
- Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
- Proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- 1-2 years experience in Canadian work environment.

**Pay**:
$20/hr plus mileage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
