**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Student Offers and Invoices Management: Effectively manage the entire process of student offers and invoices for the LATAM market, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

LATAM Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations related to student recruitment, admissions, and visa processes in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

Marketing Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract prospective students from the LATAM market. This may include participating in events, creating promotional materials, and leveraging digital marketing channels.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all student-related documentation, contracts, and invoices are completed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with admissions, finance, and marketing teams to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and achieve organizational objectives related to student enrollment from the LATAM market.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Experience in International Education, Business Administration, Marketing

Proven experience working in a college, university, or immigration firm, with a focus on managing student offers and invoices.

Strong knowledge of student visa processes and regulations in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and stakeholders.

**Proficiency in multiple languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (mandatory), Portuguese(mandatory), and French (nice to have). Ability to translate documents and communicate effectively in these languages.**

Prior experience in marketing activities, including event participation, promotional material creation, and digital marketing, is desirable.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
