**Job Summary**:Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Marketing Coordinators and a Marketing Administrator to achieve an effective Allseating brand experience. Through a broad understanding of marketing functions, the Marketing Supervisor will lead creative programs that engage the architecture and design community, Allseating’s dealership network, and sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the following:

- Ensuring workloads are properly balanced, providing training, coaching and mentoring as required, and ensuring adequate coverage is in place for vacations and other schedules;
- Leading multiple, concurrent initiatives throughout the year, collaborating with the key stakeholders (sales team, marketing team, customer service) to ensure programs are executed on time, on budget and accurately meets business and department goals;
- Collaborating with Marketing Director to strategize and plan overall annual marketing initiatives;
- Planning and managing the execution of sales support tools such as request for proposals, events, custom outreach programs;
- Actively planning and managing the launch process, alongside the Associate Product Manager;
- Overseeing the creation of webinars, magazines, launch kits, sales samples, roll out events, collateral - all supporting print and digital assets;
- Collaborating with Marketing Director and Associate Product Manager on Allseating’s Textile and Finish program and strategy based on analytical data and trends;
- Overseeing the digital and social media strategy and content, including weekly account monitoring, as well as ensuring relevant content is posted;
- Managing Allseating’s communications efforts in collaboration with our PR Agency;
- Developing and manage Allseating’s print and online advertising plan, identifying opportunities that maximize ROI, collaborating with our branding agency and internal graphic designer to plan, create and finalize assets to spec;
- Ensuring relevant opportunities for case studies are explored and executed to support Allseating’s Sales team;
- Planning and managing multiple off-site tradeshows, including booth design, product selection and finish selection, development, marketing communications, sponsorships, and sales meetings across North America;
- Overseeing the execution of Allseating’s CEU (continued education units) offering, registering and tracking, supporting the sales reps as needed, developing new content; Managing Allseating’s digital communications program, including the creation and distribution of e-communications via Constant Contact, ensuring the database is maintained and properly segmented;
- Overseeing ongoing updates to the Allseating website, including uploading of new product information and marketing tools;
- Overseeing the daily functions of Allseating’s showrooms in Chicago and Toronto, ensuring that all facilities are stocked and well presented;
- Providing ongoing management and enhancements to Allseating’s brand to ensure current and future needs are satisfied;
- Tracking all marketing expenses to ensure on budget monthly and/or year end; and
- Other duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have an ability to work with multiple team members across many departments;
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Must have superior research and analytical skills; and
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and management skills with ability to organize and prioritize a variety of projects.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Marketing degree/diploma or relevant work experience;
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in marketing at a supervisory level;
- Demonstrated proficiency with content management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, Social Media management tools, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign; and
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Drupal/Wordpress) is an asset;
