**Construction Project Manager**

This role is not for the faint of heart. As Project Manager, you will be at the centre of our operations, ensuring every project is seamless and efficient and leaves our clients thrilled. You'll balance client communications, project execution, and team leadership while driving toward excellence. You will be working in-office when not on job sites.

- **Client Experience**: Proactive communication and on-point management will 'wow' our clients, ensuring smooth project completion and timely payments.
- **Project Readiness**: You'll ensure that every project is set up for success, with every tool and resource in place.
- **Timely Completion**: It's your job to deliver projects on time, without delays, maintaining our reputation for excellence.

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and teams.
- Leading installation teams and motivating them to achieve high performance.
- Keeping every project detail running smoothly from start to finish.
- Visiting job sites and inspecting conditions/work with an eye for detail.
- Keeping client records in our system updated daily.
- Anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions.
- Overseeing construction projects and working directly with subcontractors and our installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Celebrating successful project completions and satisfied clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Project Planning and Resource Coordination
- Risk Identification and Mitigation
- On-Site Project Oversight
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members to perform at their best

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Construction Project Management **required**:

- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM system and AutoCAD

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
