**The role**
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, and garbage disposal in both residential and commercial properties.
- Deliver excellent cleaning services to meet the unique needs of our clients, offering deep cleaning, regular cleaning, spring cleaning, moving in and out cleans, after-construction cleaning, and bespoke cleaning options.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with clients and representing Fresh Touch Cleaning Company.
- Provide and maintain your own insurance and cleaning tools to ensure the highest level of service quality.
- Adhere to safety and compliance requirements as specified by Fresh Touch Cleaning Company and the client's property.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members as needed, while also being capable of working independently.
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as required, contributing to the growth and success of Fresh Touch Cleaning Company.

**Position Requirements**
- Access to a vehicle for transportation to different cleaning locations.
- Possession of a full G driver's license.
- Own business insurance to cover liability while performing cleaning services.
- Ability to work well with household pets, accommodating clients with animals.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the job requirements.
- Ownership and maintenance of personal cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to provide a clean criminal background check.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during cleaning tasks.
- Access to a smartphone with a consistent internet connection for communication and scheduling.
