DeCarli Contractors LTD. is a premium custom residential contractor that specializes in all aspects of residential construction and renovation. DeCarli Contractors LTD. is looking for a long term and committed shop manager/shipper familiar with construction materials and local suppliers.
Residential renovation and construction skills are an asset. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Applicants must possess personal hand and cordless tools.
Position is full time, Monday to Friday, year-round. If hired, the applicant will have plenty of opportunity to move up within the company. We conduct business in Georgian Bay, Severn, Tay, Tiny Township, Midland, Penetang.
$20.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and productivity.
**Duties**:
- On site carpentry and construction work.
- Pick up and deliver construction materials to site.
- Unload and move construction materials.
- Maintain site cleanliness.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Other duties as required.
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to load or and unload heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with carpenters, site managers and other staff and subcontractors.
- Applicants must be experienced with construction and construction materials.
- Applicants must be able to get to and from job sites and have a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Applicants must possess their own tools.
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
