We are a Certified B Corporation and home to today’s top stovetop espresso maker collection in North America. Through the sales of our products, we also give back to those in need. Every GROSCHE product sold funds 50+ days of safe drinking water to someone in need via the GROSCHE Safe Water Project. We believe in making a positive impact on the world and our community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the sales growth of our main ecommerce website, and support external channels as required
- Design, build and optimize product listings, banners, pop-ups, graphics and custom landing pages
- Assist in maintaining and updating websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and optimized user experience
- Plan and execute all ecommerce retail promotions
- Oversee and manage website transition from Wordpress to Shopify
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to manage and grow sales and leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches as required
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years experience in marketing or ecommerce related role
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or related field
- Results driven and motivated, and a good team player to support others and works well with others in a team environment
- Strong skill set in Canva, Adobe Suite, Shopify and/or Wordpress
- Proficient in UX design and image editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to hit timeline goals
After orientation, this becomes a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. GROSCHE offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
