We manage every step within the art development and supply chain process - from art consulting, publishing, and in-house manufacturing. We work directly with artists, owning the rights to tens of thousands of images, while offering a high degree of innovation and customization. A state-of-the-art print department offers extensive printing options on traditional papers, alternative substrates, and vinyl wallcovering.
**Marketing Manager - Mat Leave - 18 Month Assignment**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs to include campaigns, promotions, trade shows and key industry events
- Develop briefs that defines overarching marketing strategy and tactical plans to execute towards strategy
- Develop and create marketing material, such as sales and product collateral ensuring brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing requests submitted by various internal partners.

**Focus Responsibilities**:

- **Branding and Strategy** - identify our positioning and unique competitive advantage of each division, develop core offerings, new opportunities and markets, building strong relationships
- **Design & Direction** - oversee and approve design direction including for catalogues, campaigns, collateral, social media and websites
- **Execute** - Digital marketing, website solutions, collateral creation (sales rep kits, presentation decks, product samples, digital assets, etc.)
- **Trade Shows and Industry Events **(Develop concepts, manage complete trade show process)
- **Insight** - metrics and measurements of performance and efficacy, market trends, analysis

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
- Strong experience in e-commerce and online sales
- High level of proficiency using graphic design tools. In Design, Photoshop etc.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skill
- Ability to travel as necessary
