- **This role is based in our Mississagua, ON office and is hybrid.**
SharkNinja is looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven **Canadian Commercialization Manager** to join our growing team.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Local Product Roadmap: working with the Canadian product strategy, align with product development team to develop local category/market/competitive insights to shape messaging and inform Canadian marketing GTM strategy and drive commercialization of Shark and Ninja products
- Project Management: working cross functionally to ensure that teams are aligned on timing for new product launches, from inception to GTM
- Product Localization: Identify market opportunities and gaps to help localize how products come to life in the Canadian market. Work cross functionally with brand, marketing, PD and outside agencies to ensure localized and translated marketing materials are ready in time for Canadian launches.
- Be a strategic advisor for go-to-market and creative asset development
- Demonstrate thought leadership on emerging trends and consumer insights to strengthen communications
- Share best practices and learning across businesses
- Mentor and develop team members to grow within their careers
***ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent
- 5+ years in product, brand management and leadership experience within a consumer products company
- Project Management skills and experience
- Leadership experience including demonstrated ability to lead and energetically motivate direct reports as well as cross functionally with other teams who contribute to the overall accomplishment of goals.
- Lead front innovation strategies and opportunities, synthesizing learnings and recommending optimizations in real-time
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience in working within a Canadian subsidiary with global marketing teams
- Fluency in French is highly desired
- Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year to our Boston area headquarters, and as needed to our Toronto agency and our Mississagua office.
