**Responsibilities**:
As the Regional Payroll Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Payroll**:

- Perform all activities necessary to process a biweekly payroll for US and Canada
- Administers all aspects of payroll utilizing the automated ADP payroll system for US and Canada
- Coordinate with global mobility vendor the accounting, reporting and payment of shadow payroll, imputed income and tax gross-up
- Filing and set up of local, state and federal payroll taxes for US, Canada and international tax authorities
- Continually enhance payroll reporting and automation within the region in line with best practices
- Manage time and labor process for US and Canada

**Taxation & Other duties**:

- Liaise with Global Mobility Services and external vendors in providing information and analysis for international employees
- Ensure sound operational controls are maintained and followed in compliance with existing governance.
- Supports audits
- Special projects as required

**Profile required**:
**What you bring to our team**:

- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience processing payroll via ADP is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to constantly changing priorities.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to details and the ability to follow through
- Ability to develop positive working relationships
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work closely with areas of the firm such as Human Capital Management, Tax, Financial Reporting, Accounting Policy, Treasury, Information Technology and the various Legal Entity Controllers.
