We are looking for a Lead Barista with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer satisfaction. As the Lead Barista, you will oversee our espresso bar, oversee barista-trained staff, ensuring a high-quality coffee experience and maintaining an organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist customers.
- Prepare and serve various coffee and espresso drinks.
- Manage inventory and order cafe supplies.
- Train and supervise baristas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the espresso bar.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide information about our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a barista.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for exceptional service.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and training abilities.

**Experience**:

- Supervisory experience in a café or coffee shop.
- Experience with a manual espresso machine
- Experience in a local cafe setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- manual espresso machine: 2 years (required)
- local cafe setting: 2 years (required)
