Kiln Manager

**We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a strong work ethic and excellent management skills to join our team**

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.

**GENERAL**
In this role, you'll assist in overseeing personnel and operations, managing staff performance, and facilitating training and supervision of new hires. Responsibilities include ensuring daily sales reconciliation, managing inventory and maintaining a customer-focused approach. Additionally, you may be responsible to manage social media accounts, ensuring a consistent online presence.

General tasks involve customer care, studio cleanliness, and efficiency, as well as staff supervision and training. You'll also play a key role in managing sales, financials, and inventory, including maintaining till and float, managing cash deposits, and overseeing stock levels.

- Experience in management is required. _
- Experience as a barista is required. _
- Experience with kiln work and ceramics is a strong asset._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
