**Obsidian Inc.** is currently in search of a dynamic and result-driven **Sales Agent to take charge of all sales responsibilities, from lead generation to sealing the deal.**

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales Associate**:

- Acquire new customers using leads provided by our client **Telus**.
- Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their needs, addressing product-related queries, and recommending suitable solutions through **face-to-face sales**.
- Swiftly resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Evaluate customer needs, providing assistance and detailed information on product features.
- Stay well-versed in the products offered and discuss available options.
- Attain excellent customer service standards while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.

**What We Seek in You**:

- 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- A proven track record of surpassing sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.

**Salary**: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
