**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Operate metal working machinery
- Utilize blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to construct metal products
- Work under pressure on strict deadlines to bring projects from concept to completion under your own direction, including managing apprentices & labourers
- Manage multiple tasks with ease

**What You Bring to The Table**:

- Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Proven creative problem-solving skills
- A general understanding of and the ability to explain technical jargon in layman’s terms to customers to educate them about the work you completed
- Up to date Working at Heights
- Punctual and good attendance
- Willingness to learn and manufacture custom fabricated ductwork
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop
- Able to measure and mark sheet metal according to template(s)
- Detail oriented person who takes pride in completing their work to the highest standard
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Gas license not required, but an asset
- Registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades not required, but an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
