The Intermediate System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. They will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical competency, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, performing routine system maintenance, including software updates, patches, and system backups.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including procedures and policies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support including (when required) after hours and respond to system emergencies, as necessary.
- Have the aptitude and endeavor to provide and learn 3rdlevel support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and work collaboratively with cross-functioning teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of experience in system administration.
- 2+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows/Linux based environments.
- Certification in Microsoft and cloud computing platforms considered an asset.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with active directory management.
- Experience With Office 365 and Azure AD
- Experience With MDM Solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
