The Opportunity

The Office Services Team supports the Wolf Calgary office to create, administer and assist with ongoing operations and projects, developing and executing a broad range of corporate administrative and office services items. Under the general direction of the Calgary Office Manager, this position is accountable for providing reception duties for the Wolf corporate office and for the following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in person and create a positive Wolf first impression for guests
- Answer the main switchboard and direct and screen calls accordingly
- Coordinate couriers, faxes, and mail distribution in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- Coordinate catering and support meetings as required
- Organize, maintain, and order supplies for copy rooms
- Liaise with building maintenance
- General office housekeeping including running and emptying dishwashers, ensuring coffee stations, boardrooms, and printer rooms are tidy
- Stock, organize, and manage kitchen supplies
- Update and manage Calgary floor plans
- Complete Office Services onboarding
- Set up new employee’s offices
- Coordinate the Wolf promotional items, ordering and distribution
- Maintain and manage office access cards
- Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events
- Administer the company intranet site on SharePoint
- Support Corporate Accounting with expense reports, voucher scanning and filing
- Provide additional administrative support to other departments as required

Qualifications and Experience

**Skills**:

- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; preference will be given to those with intermediate level experience or higher
- Presents themselves professionally and has exceptional customer service skills
- Efficient, results oriented, and seeks ways to contribute in a meaningful way
- A self-starter who works collaboratively with team members
- Welcomes new challenges and has proven problem solving capabilities

**Education**:

- Completion of a High School Diploma
- Related post-secondary education would be considered an asset

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of related experience
