**Core Accountabilities**:
- In collaboration with regional and functional teams, coordinate the development, evaluation and advancement of strategic priorities for the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
- Lead multifunctional teams, including team members from relevant business lines to ensure on time delivery of impactful project outcomes.
- Execute strategic projects, which include conducting research, financial and operational analysis, structuring solutions, identifying growth opportunities, developing frameworks, preparing presentation materials, providing thought leadership, and using hypothesis-driven approaches to solve complex problems.
- Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses and influence/support corporate decisions.
- Proactively assess and adjust existing strategies based on new learning/changes in the competitive environment.
- Prepare and present “executive ready” presentation materials and deliverables, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Drive/support various M&A process work streams, which include (but are not limited to) due diligence, synergy assessment, post-merger integration, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant undergraduate degree, MBA a plus
- 4-7+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy role
- Food/CPG industry experience additive, but not required
- Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking skills and ability to craft compelling business cases
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct research, build decision/financial models and use independent judgment to solve problems
- Significant project management and business analysis experience; in a role with senior leadership exposure, and high level of accountability
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across functions and departments, with an ability to lead through influence
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and with being consistently challenged/stretched
- Results-oriented individual with a bias to action
- Excellent communicator (both oral and written)
