The work schedule is 10 hr days, Monday to Thursday.

**Position Summary**

The Projects Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that undertaken projects are implemented and controlled by utilizing the best practices of Project Management.

Coordinate the execution of growth projects within the division.

**Job Requirements **(Principal Responsibilities)

Under the supervisor of the Projects Manager, the Projects Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing various projects for the North America Business Division.

Consults with respective department heads or key persons to ensure the achieving of project deliverables.

Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress against established schedules.

Determine scheduling risks and assess the impacts.

Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with stakeholders as required.

Functional lead for project execution and at the same time ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and environment always.

Ability to schedule materials and personnel resources.

Organizing the details of the project tasks.

Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines and develop project strategies.

Managing materials as required for project execution.

Execute quality management plan and hold points as required.

Utilizing best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project lifetime.

Ensure project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained for each project.

Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration.

Assists with conducting cost/benefit evaluation.

Assists with maintaining site engineering drawings and records in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Create project documents as required for communication including functional scopes, technical datasheets, quality management plans, assessments, presentations etc.

**Education/Experience**

5-8 years of experience in project teamwork.

Bachelor’s degree or Project Management certification or related discipline is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to organize and manage time effectively.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

**Computer Competency**

Microsoft Office 365
