About the Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Automation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the activities of the Automation Project Team
- Managing Automation Project Coordinators in our Canadian team
- Tracking progress and completion of deliverables
- Resolving issues related to deliverable completion
- Providing support and guidance to team members to ensure task completion
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing tools, methods, and procedures in line with Premier Tech's standards, while adapting to client realities
- Participating in process improvement and best practices in project management
- Collaborating with our leadership team to define the objectives of the Automation Project Team
- Other support tasks as required by our leadership team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (an asset)
- Motivational leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Patience, dedication, and coaching abilities
- Fluency in English for communication with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec
