Front Desk Coordinator/receptionist

Looking for two (2) highly motivated and personable individuals to join our chiropractic team as our front desk receptionist and clinic admin. team
As our Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that their experience with our clinic is warm, welcoming, and seamless from start to finish. Disney class service with attention to detail will be expected. Supper strong organizational skills are warranted.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Greeting patients as they arrive and checking them in for their appointments.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries
- Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and payments
- Maintaining patient records and updating patient information in our system
- Coordinating with our team members and other staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Billing for Private Insurance, WSBC, ICBC and liason with these 3rd party payers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Supper strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, E-mail and Jane software.
- 1-2 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic
- Knowledge of insurance and billing processes, especially ICBC, WCB, E-Telus Health and Blue Cross
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
