Looking for a highly motivated and personable individual to join our chiropractic team as our front desk patient concierge and manager.

As our Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that their experience with our clinic is warm, welcoming, and seamless from start to finish. Disney class service with attention to detail will be expected.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients as they arrive and checking them in for their appointments.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries
- Verifying insurance coverage and collecting copays and payments
- Maintaining patient records and updating patient information in our system
- Coordinating with our team members and other staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR software.
- 5 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic
- Knowledge of insurance and billing processes, especially ICBC, WCB, Telus Health and Blue Cross

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Chiropractic: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License and car (required)

Work Location: One location
