Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de projets.
La personne que nous recherchons est bilingue et possède des compétences exceptionnelles en relations interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'une excellente aptitude en gestion. De plus, elle doit faire preuve de flexibilité et afficher une attitude positive et professionnelle. Nous recherchons donc une personne soucieuse de toujours donner le meilleur d'elle-même.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Gérer votre agenda, le courrier, les courriels et les appels;
- Accueillir et rencontrer des clients;
- Organiser des réunions et la logistique d'événements;
- Négocier toute planification, développer et créer des concepts, des réunions de service (programmes, itinéraires, vols, hôtels, voitures, lieux, activités, « teambuilding », etc.). Connaissance approfondie de l'industrie;
- Aider les autres membres du personnel dans le développement de certaines activités, réunions, événements ou voyages de motivation tels que : le développement d'affaire - les nouveaux outils de gestion - la structure organisationnelle, etc;
- Participer activement à des sessions de formation et de connaissance de produits;
- Établir et maintenir une relation avec les clients afin d'assurer leur satisfaction;
- Être proactif et créatif dans la recherche des conseils sur les meilleures options pour les clients, et les conseiller de façon appropriée;
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles;
- Bonne capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois;
- Autonomie, flexibilité et discrétion;
- Résistance au stress et disposition à voyager;
- Dynamique; positif(ve), souriant(e) et travaillant(e).

**COMPÉTENCES PROFESSIONNELLES**
- Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire obligatoire;
- Excellente maîtrise de la communication verbale et écrite;
- Connaissance approfondie des destinations de voyages internationaux, domestiques et transfrontaliers;
- Capacité à préparer des présentations PowerPoint;
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels : MSOffice, Word, Excel, PC Voyage ou Galileo;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, écrit et parlé;
- Connaissance des procédures de l'industrie pour les échanges et la manipulation de billets;
- **Certificat de l’OPC en vigueur;**:

- **DEC en gestion de bureau, du tourisme ou expérience équivalente.**

**TYPE D'EMPLOI**

Entrée en fonction immédiate. Contrat de 3 à 6 mois, à temps partiel ou à temps plein;

**Project coordinator**

We are looking for an Associate in Meeting and Events Services. The person we are looking for will have exceptional interpersonal and management skills, bilingual, very flexible, and have a positive, professional attitude. Will always bring his/her “A” game.

**RESPONSABILITES**
- Greet and meet clients;
- Organize meeting and events logistics;
- Experience, negotiate all planning’s; develop and create concepts, service meetings (programs, itineraries, flights, hotels, cars, venues, activities, teambuilding, etc.). Full working knowledge of the industry;
- Assist other associates in the development of certain activities, meeting, events or incentive such as: business development - new management tools - organisational structure, etc;
- Actively participates in training and product knowledge sessions;
- Establish and maintain a rapport with clients in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Proactively and creatively researches and advises best options for clients and counsels appropriately;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Good ability to multitask;
- Independent, Flexible and Discrete;
- Tolerant to stress and available to travel;
- Dynamic; positive, loves to smile and Hard-working.

**PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position mandatory;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of domestic, trans-border and international travel destinations;
- Able to prepare PowerPoint presentations;
- Good knowledge of software: MSOffice, word, excel, PC Voyage or Galileo;
- Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken;
- Working knowledge of industry procedures for exchanges and ticket handling;
- **OPC certified;**:

- **DEC in office management, Tourism or equivalent experience.**
