**Centreline **is currently seeking a full time Territory Sales Manager. This individual will provide consistent, valuable, and energetic sales representation for all customers within a territory. He/she plans, organizes, communicates, and manages the selling activities for customers to maximize sales and growth. He/she develops and maintains excellent business relationships with all customers at each store to achieve objectives and grow the business. He/she maximizes distribution and profitability of products in the assigned territory to maximize value for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to and work in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
- Manage established territory for sales and promotion of product lines with customers through the development and execution of a strategic territory plan.
- Call on existing and prospective accounts to capture opportunities.
- Generate new accounts by cold calling, referrals, and networking. Foster and facilitate areas of opportunity with new accounts by establishing good working relationships.
- Work proactively with high profile existing and prospective customers to identity and pursue sales and growth opportunities.
- Profitably grow overall sales within your territory.
- Manage relationships.
- Remain engaged and accountable.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in related discipline or relevant outbound experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the automotive and tire industry.
- Customer focus, demonstrated sales expertise, solid communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in spoken/written English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal relations skills.
- Comfortable with computers and common, relevant business software.
- Good judgement, creative, autonomous, good negotiator.

**Compensation**

**Salary**: $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience.

Negotiated commission.

Company vehicle.

Cell phone allowance.

Paid vacation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
