**Your Role**

As a Customer Service Representative with Lantrax, you will work closely with all departments to track carrier freight on behalf of our clients. You will:

- Call carriers, drivers and consignees to obtain proof of deliveries as soon as freight is delivered.
- Prepare necessary documentation including customs paperwork and shipping labels.
- Maintain and update carrier insurance records via RMIS software.
- Liaise with the billing department to bill loads within 24 hours of delivery.
- General reception duties and special project work as required.

**Your Background**
- You have customer service or call centre experience; transportation or logistics experience is a bonus.
- You’re an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and you thrive in a team-based setting.
- You have a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service.
- You are enthusiastic, customer-focused and can handle customer inquiries confidently.
- You are organized and solution-oriented.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and picking up new technology.
