**Marketing Coordinator (Events & PR)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end global marketing events, including virtual and in-person invite-only dinners, conference schedules, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies, themes, and goals that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, budget management, travel arrangements, and on-site support as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to negotiate sponsorships, partnerships, and other collaborations to enhance event reach and impact.
- Create compelling event content, including invitations, presentations, press releases, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
- Drive PR initiatives to enhance the company's public image, including drafting press releases, pitching to media outlets, and managing media inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze event and PR performance metrics, providing post-event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovative event formats.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events, both in-person and virtual, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design engaging event experiences.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones when necessary.

Nice to Haves:

- Previous experience negotiating sponsorships and partnerships for events.
- Familiarity with public relations strategies and tactics.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse global audiences.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in event technology and virtual event platforms.
