**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As we pursue our growth, we are looking for a professional Analyst, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team in Canada. This role will be working remotely in Quebec and will report to the Controller.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Manage the Accounts payable function for different entities using Tipalti.
- Process and match invoices with purchase orders.
- Verify coding and obtain appropriate approvals for payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment obligations.
- Manage the company's credit cards.
- Process employee expenses and reimbursements
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by receipts.
- Investigate discrepancies and follow up with cardholders
- Participate in the month end close
- Special projects and reports as assigned

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable with Post secondary Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in accounting software, A/P software and Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Netsuite, Tipalti and/or Ramp is a plus.
