**Description**:
As the CSR & Diversity Sustainability Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and diversity programs within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s CSR efforts align with our values, positively impact the community, and promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

In this role you will be collaborating with associates in multiple functions and at multiple levels of the organization, both locally and in our global office, so we will look to you to build relationships, identify opportunities and build effective strategies to grow engagement as we work together to strengthen our sustainability culture.

This role is part of a small and evolving team, and requires a blend of critical thinking, project management, written communication capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. CSR Planning and Implementation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the company’s annual CSR plan, aligning it with business priorities and values.
- Identify opportunities for corporate giving, volunteer programs and community partnerships that contribute to social and environmental well-being.
- Design, plan and execute CSR programs, initiatives and campaigns (including existing ones) that address the company’s strategic objectives.

2. Diversity, Equity and Belonging (DEB)
- Foster a culture of inclusion by organizing events, workshops and discussions that promote understanding among associates.
- Design, plan and execute DEB programs and initiatives that support the communities where we live and work.
- Key partner to DEB Associate Committee to advance committee objectives, including the growth of Associate Resource Groups and increased participation in employer sponsored volunteer programs.
- Support the Senior Director, Sustainability & Diversity, Equity and Belonging with execution of the 2025 DEB strategic plan by contributing to and leading additional initiatives and learning opportunities as they arise.

3. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Create content for various platforms to promote and highlight the company’s CSR and DEB efforts.
- Manage digital content on the company’s Sustainability and Diversity, Equity and Belonging SharePoint sites and corporate website.
- Build relationships with external partners, NGOs, community organization and relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize impact.

4. Governance:

- Responsible for policy management of all CSR-related policies.
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and outcomes of CSR and DEB initiatives.
- Track progress of all established programs and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global partners.

- Ability to measure impact, meet deadlines, take accountability and drive results for assigned programs, deliverables, and results.
- Understanding of CSR and DEB principles.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English and French (verbal and written); Spanish is an asset.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.
- Minimum of three to five years experience in related field.
- Experience in the CPG or food industry an asset.
