**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review all documents in sales files for completeness and compliance.
- Post deals to accounting, verifying accuracy in cost accounting and profitability.
- Reconcile month-end gross reconciliation.
- Balance profit and loss information.
- Process weekly management reports.
- Post invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately.
- Maintain precise record keeping.
- Post and reconcile batches efficiently.
- Research and resolve payables issues with vendors.
- Process invoices, statements, and receipts.
- File HST, WSIB, and payroll remittances.

**Qualifications**:

- Back round in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a dealership or service facility.
- Proficiency in SERTI, Merlin, Ford and OEM processes is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

**Note**: This position is initially a maternity position, with the potential for full-time employment within this location or within the dealer group.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
