Koeppel Companies est actuellement à la recherche d'un a**dministrateur de saisie de données** pour rejoindre notre équipe de support amusante et dynamique. **Koeppel Companies ULC est le franchisé des restaurants Five Guys Hamburgers et Frites** dans l'Est de l'Ontario, au Québec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique. L'emplacement de notre bureau est dans le secteur Square-Victoria. **Il s'agit d'un poste en personne, pas de travail à distance.**

L'administrateur de saisie de données est responsable du respect des politiques d'intégrité et de sécurité des données, de l'impression et de la numérisation des fichiers et de la génération de rapports. C'est un nouveau rôle. Pour le moment, nous commençons ce poste à **3 jours par semaine (24 heures/semaine)**, en bureau. **Il est possible que cela devienne une opportunité à temps plein, dans un délai de 3 à 6 mois.**

Les tâches principales comprendront:

- Aide à la saisie de données et autres tâches administratives
- Compilation et tri des données pour saisie informatique ; établir des priorités d'entrée
- Assiste la comptabilité avec un large éventail de tâches administratives et de bureau.
- Aider à la logistique (réservation d'hôtels, de vols, etc.)

Compétence recherchée:

- Excellente maîtrise d'Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement d'équipe, ainsi que seul.
- Bonnes capacités de gestion du temps et d'organisation
- Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails.

Data-Entry Administrative position

Koeppel Companies is currently looking for a **Data Entry Administrator **to join our fun and dynamic support team. **Koeppel Companies ULC is the franchisee of the Five Guys Burgers and Fries **restaurants in Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic Provinces. The location of our office is in the Square-Victoria area. **This is an in-person position, no remote work.**

The Data Entry Admin is responsible for complying with data integrity and security policies, printing and scanning files and generating reports. This is a new role. For the time being, we are starting this position at **3 days a week (24 hours/week), in office. There is a possibility for it to become a full-time opportunity, within 3-6 months time.**

Main tasks will include:

- Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
- Assists Accounting with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Assist with logistics (booking hotels, flights etc.)

Desired skill set:

- Highly proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as alone.
- Good time management & organization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
