• Accurate and efficient data entry, file maintenance, and document management. • Writing, formatting, and revising various documents such as reports, letters, and presentations. • Ordering necessary supplies and ensuring proper distribution. • Maintaining and organizing client, supplier, and partner information. • Verifying, classifying, and archiving invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies. • Providing clerical and administrative support to the entire administrative team. • Performing any other related administrative tasks required for the smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office. • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. • Observation, discretion, and responsibility skills. • Effective planning, prioritization, and coordination skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to engage in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. • Good listening and communication skills. • Problem-solving and judgment skills. • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. • Ability to work within tight deadlines. • Experience in a related position - an asset. • DEP in secretarial work or equivalent - an asset. • Knowledge of accounting management best practices. • Valid driver's license. • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
