- Supervise and oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production
- Train and mentor manufacturing team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance to resolve production issues
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement

- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking in the English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
