About The Role
The Client Manager (CM) - Bioanalytical Services is responsible for managing accounts of existing clients for the issuance and maintenance of study related contracts and their associated terms with clients/vendors. The CM collaborates with lab operations, internal legal and financial teams as needed. The CM monitors returning customers' accounts and proposals/contracts on a regular basis, including management of quote, contracts, and cost recovery associated with BioAnalytical project deliverables. Through their activities, the CM directly contributes to the increase of client retention rates, drives customer loyalty and generation of repeat business.
**What You'll Do Here**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the standalone BioAnalytical studies.Set up and host Client calls via MS Teams (kick-off meetings, regular meeting, ad-hoc meetings), ensuring meeting minutes are accurately taken, reviewed internally and provided to the client in a timely fashion
- Promptly respond to internal and external stakeholder requests.
- The CM understands the quotation process and is responsible for ensuring that BioAnalytical proposals are correctly reflected in study related contract and any change control is communicated to the client.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and submitting for electronic signature all study Contract, Change Orders, and other legal documents in a timely fashion and according to Altasciences established KPIs.
- Review timelines upon award with BioAnalytical leads to ensure appropriate template/milestone is being applied.
- The CM is responsible for the presentation, tracking and follow up of Change Orders (out of scope, overbudget, study reconciliation) to clients. In this scope, they may update the quotation to reflect the changes and will be required to track the Change Orders through internal software.
- Coordinate contracts with third party vendors, if needed.
- Ensure third party Data Transfers are coordinated with client and client vendors.
- Responsible for technical and study specific communication, capturing all relevant sponsor specification in Ask Albert-Tell Us Once database.
- Coordinate receipt of client provided reference material, reagents, matrices with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track Key Performance Indicators to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain data in respective systems to ensure weekly reports are up to date (Front End, Pass-through Report, BID, SF opportunity Report, Sample Disposition, etc).
- Sending the Sample Disposition Form to Clients for clinical samples or archived/stored non-clinical samples.
- Monitor Client invoice payment status with Account Receivables and escalate if needed.
- Act as a BD back-up on BioAnalytical Quote generation, if needed.
- Host and/or Participate in Client visits, as required.
- Other supporting tasks, as needed.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Background in BioAnalytical Services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
- Ease in taking meeting minutes.
- Client services approach and mindset (internal and external).
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce ideally).
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethics.
