**Résumé du poste**

Le spécialiste bilingue des services partagés en RH fournit un soutien de premier niveau aux employés, aux RH, aux gestionnaires et aux fournisseurs pour les besoins en matière de ressources humaines, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les avantages sociaux, la paie, la politique de l'entreprise, les congés et les procédures, les systèmes de RH et l'accueil des employés.

**Fonctions essentielles/domaines principaux de responsabilité**

**Gestion des cas**:

- Répondre à une grande variété de demandes de renseignements des employés par téléphone et par courriel.
- Documenter minutieusement les demandes de renseignements à l'aide de l'outil de gestion des cas afin de s'assurer que les informations requises sont enregistrées avec précision, conformément aux politiques et aux pratiques.
- Suivre les questions relatives aux employés et en assurer le suivi.
- S'assurer que les accords de niveau de service sont suivis et respectés.

**Embarquement**:

- Initier toute tâche spécifique à l'entreprise requise au cours du processus d'intégration.
- Coordonner les processus d'immigration et de réinstallation et interagir avec les consultants en immigration et les fournisseurs pour établir la documentation, les procédures et les exigences correctes pour les recrutements externes.
- Soutenir l'équipe d'acquisition de talents en apportant des corrections aux demandes ou en résolvant les difficultés.
- Assurer le suivi et le contrôle de l'achèvement de la période de probation.

**SIRH**:

- Assurer l'intégrité et la qualité des données dans les bases de données du SIRH ainsi que dans le système de gestion des cas.
