**What You Will Do**:
**Operational Oversight**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination among teams and maintaining high operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

**Project Management**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, including material procurement, labor management, and scheduling.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical work seamlessly into broader project plans.

**Installation and Maintenance**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting, ensuring all work meets current codes and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the functionality and safety of electrical systems.

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest industry practices and technologies.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices, minimizing the risk of workplace accidents and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all projects, including blueprints, schematics, financial documents, and progress reports.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on project status, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

**Apprenticeship Program Management**:

- Develop and oversee a structured apprenticeship program designed to nurture the next generation of electricians.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and markets, expanding Omra Electric's footprint and service offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to secure ongoing and future business.

**Recruitment and Talent Management**:

- Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent in the electrical field.
- Develop clear career pathways within the company, promoting employee retention and growth.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget, focusing on cost optimization and revenue generation.
- Accurately forecast project costs, ensuring competitive bidding and financial sustainability.

**Goals for the Upcoming Year**:

- **Project Success**: Successfully manage the electrical installations for one building within the "Nature's Walk" project, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Revenue Target**: Achieve a company revenue of $1.5 million.
- **Net Income Objective**: Attain a net income of $200,000.
- **Staffing**: Recruit and train additional staff to meet the demands of the "Nature's Walk" project.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Omra Electric's market presence.

**What You Will Bring**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in electrical operations management, preferably with FSR A certification.
- **Education**: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certifications**: FSR A or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in electrical systems, safety regulations, and business development.
