Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to oversee branch operations and drive strategic planning. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with corporate, district, and technical managers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all branches.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch operations and participate in strategic planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for an active account base, with focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, sales directors, customer service managers, and HR teams to maintain or increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators such as gross profit and sales margins.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to form strategic partnerships, build relationships, and respect cultural diversity.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Intermediate computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. You will play an integral role in our giving back culture and contribute to our corporate strategic initiatives.
