**About the Job**

Reporting to the Director, Program Management this position will provide coordinator support to the Program Management team.

The day-to-day workflow for this role will be directed by the Director of Program Management.

You will work closely with the Program Management team while generating regular reports for use by the Program Management team and/or other teams supported by Program Management.

This role is an integral part of the Program Management team and will work cross-departmentally with members of the Product and Engineering teams.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Generate the reports needed for tracking programs and programs at the portfolio level.
- Working with the software development programs to track open items and support burndown by generating the daily reports
- Coordinate and track shipments internally and with external partners
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders required by programs
- Update wiki pages
- Generate / update minutes
- Work with the program managers to keep action logs, and risk registers up to date
- Assist coordinating meetings by arranging calendar invites
- Update the time tracking tool, ensure the reporting is complete, generate required reports

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- Solid understanding of Google tools (e.g. docs, sheets, forms)
- Knowledge of program management tools (time tracking, scheduling)
- Strong ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge or JIRA other similar products
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor an advantage but not essential)
