**Contract Manager**

**About the Role** As a Contract Manager at reSolved, you will manage all aspects of our contracting and bids process with clients. Your focus will be to create, manage, and improve contracting processes, enabling teams to prioritize delivery while ensuring standards and compliance. This role involves collaborating with legal teams, mitigating risks, and supporting organizational growth in SaaS Professional Services.

**What You Will Do**

**Contract Management**:

- Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements (e.g., NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, PSAs).
- Implement and maintain a system to track and manage contract approvals, renewals, and obligations.
- Oversee amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

**Risk Mitigation**:

- Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks.
- Provide recommendations to minimize exposure and liability.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for contract inquiries and resolve disputes promptly.
- Facilitate smooth negotiations and reviews between clients and internal teams.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Develop and implement contracting policies, templates, and processes.
- Update standard contracts to align with business needs.
- Train teams on contract best practices.
- Support efficiency and risk mitigation initiatives.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Track key contract terms, deadlines, and milestones.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, including GDPR.
- Maintain detailed records for audit and compliance.
- Monitor performance to meet contractual obligations.

**What You Bring**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s or legal background preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in IT Professional Services.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in negotiating and drafting complex contracts (e.g., MSAs, PSAs, SOWs).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts under tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Experience in IP, privacy, and/or compliance practices is an asset.
- Strong understanding of software licensing and SaaS agreements.
