Beyond cultivating and nurturing key strategic partnerships, your charismatic personality will be an ideal fit to ensure we obtain and retain our amazing existing Personal Lines Group clients. You’ll have a direct opportunity to identify potential leads, increase sales and maximize revenue through active participation in community outreach such as cold calling in a defined market, insurance industry as well as association networking events to identify potential opportunities. You’re successful in securing new clients because you are a natural, persuasive relationship builder that can strike meaningful conversations to promote LIG’s unique offerings that differentiate us from the market.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO THRIVE AT LAWRIE**

Your post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field, coupled with your 2 - 3 years’ experience will showcase your sales and business development skills. You understand success is in the details so your planning and presentations skills are exceptional. Strong research and analytical skills allow you to predict future group needs and devise strategies and action plans to meet those needs.

Strong communication and organizational skills allow you to effectively collaborate with various internal and external partners. The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, deal with multiple priorities and deadlines through organizational and time management skills will ensure your success in achieving goals. You’ll need to be a self-starter with good judgment, excellent service delivery skills, and a commitment to quality. A team-player; willing to step in and lend a hand as needed and identify the opportunities to do so. Desire to learn and grow, and a willingness to stay updated on the latest market conditions.
